The Retreat

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our yoga retreat. Below are the terms and conditions that apply

Registration and Payment:

· To secure your spot, 50% of the retreat cost is required at the time of registration, this is non refundable. The remainder of the payment is required 4 weeks prior to the retreat

· Payments can be made online on our website oceanpeakretreats.com in the bookings section.

· All prices are in GBP.

Cancellations and refunds:

If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, please notify us as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable but booking transfers are possible.

Cancellation of retreat by organiser:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the request.

The refund will be issued to original payment method used during registration.

Please note any bank or transactions fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from refund amount.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses incase of cancellation or interruption of the retreat.

Retreat schedule and activities:

· The retreat schedule and activities are subject to change at the discretion of the retreat organisers.

· Activities on the itinerary may be moved or changed depending on weather.

· Any personal activities or excursions outside the retreat are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Health and safety

· Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.

· It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before attending the retreat especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

· The retreat organisers and instructors are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the retreat.

Personal belongings

· Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat

· The retreat organisers and venue are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Photography and media

· Participants may be photographed or filmed during the retreat for promotional purposes.

· If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the retreat organisers in advance.
